We of the Sword and Hand, formerly known as the Swordbrothers, seek to make peace between the nation of Cairhien and the Sword and Hand.

It is after becoming soldiers of Arad Doman that the distance between us allowed for hotter heads on both sides to cool. It is with regret that we attacked Cairhien and caused the loss lives of innocents in the process, but we of the Sword and Hand feel that in these times, in which the dark one, assisted by the foul Seanchan, gains power in a most discerning pace, unity between men is needed to enhance the chances of the light prevailing over the dark. This is why we of the Sword and Hand come to Cairhien to seek peace before this incident between us spreads to a war between our nations.

We of the Sword and Hand agree to the following terms.

- Not to raise arms against Cairhien, her king and members sworn to defend their lands.

- To publicly apoligise for all untrue statements by the Sword and Hand concerning dishonesty and corruption of the King of Cairhien.

-For a period of one month not to enter the lands of Cairhien, except in matters of life or death or invited by a member of the Rising Sun.

- To actively re-establish trust among the people of Arad Doman in the sincerity and honor of all members of the Rising Sun visiting our lands to aid in the battle against the Seanchan.

We of the Rising Sun agree to these terms:

- The pardon of those Sword and Hand members warranted for actions related to the clash between the Sword and Hand and the Rising Sun.

-To publicly state all comments regarding corruptness of the now Sword and Hand by members of the Rising Sun as false.

-For a period of one month not to enter the lands of Arad Doman, except in matters of life or death or invited by a member of the Sword and Hand.
